Babka & Brews ist ein Herzensprojekt, das Genuss, Kultur und Begegnung miteinander verbindet. Die Idee: Menschen durch traditionelle jüdische Backkunst und moderne Kaffeekultur zusammenzubringen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen frisch gebackene Babka – ein süßes, geflochtenes Hefegebäck mit aromatischen Füllungen – und ausgewählte Kaffeespezialitäten, die das Erlebnis abrunden.
Das Projekt wurde als temporäres Pop-up-Konzept gestartet und entwickelte sich schnell zu einem beliebten Treffpunkt für Genussliebhaber:innen, junge Erwachsene und alle, die Authentizität schätzen. Babka & Brews steht für mehr als nur Essen – es steht für Atmosphäre, Gastfreundschaft und jüdisches Lebensgefühl mitten in der Stadt.
